In dieser Position wird Ihr Schwerpunkt im Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung von starken und nachhaltigen Beziehungen zu potentiellen und bestehenden Kunden in Obersterreich und Salzburg liegen. Es ist von Bedeutung, dass Sie in der Lage sind, unseren Kunden ein hohes Mass an Untersttzung und Service zu bieten und darber hinaus die erwarteten konomischen Ziele erfllen oder auch bertreffen knnen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Ihre Ansprechpartner sind Chef- und Oberrzte, OP-Personal und Entscheidungstrger in den Einkaufsabteilungen der Spitler
- Sie sind zustndig fr die Pflege der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen und Neukundenakquise
- Sie untersttzen unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl, Einfhrung und Anwendung unserer Produkte im OP
- Sie haben die Gebietsverantwortung fr die quantitativen und qualitativen Quartals-und Jahresziele
- Sie organisieren Kongresse und Schulungen fr rzte und medizinisches Personal
- Sie arbeiten eng zusammen mit dem Team und dem nationalen Sales Manager fr das Planen und Erstellen effektiver Businessplne und Verkaufsstrategien
- Sie kooperieren mit dem Kundenservice bezglich Kundenanfragen, Angeboten und Bestellungen
- Regelmssige Teilnahme an Firmen-Meetings, Produktschulungen, Prsentationen und Briefings sind selbstverstndlich fr Sie.
What you bring:
- Bachelorabschluss
- Mehrjhrige Erfahrungen in einer hnlichen Position mit einer ausgewiesenen Erfolgsbilanz, idealerweise in der Medizinalbranche bzw. im OP-Umfeld
- Sie verfgen ber (medizin-) technisches Verstndnis
- Ausgezeichnete mndliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfhigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Windows-basierten Computeranwendungen
- Selbstndige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- High-Impact-Kommunikator mit Integritt
- Idealerweise wohnen Sie in der Region
