Nurse Practitioner, PD, Heart Success - Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center Morristown, NJ, United States Job Description Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and follow-up visits. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate care. Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. Preferred Experience: Heart Failure or Advanced Heart Failure Critical Care Electrophysiology Qualfications Required: Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program. Preferred: Five or more years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting or specialty practice.
