About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and seasoned Head of HR to spearhead the establishment of its American operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the US HR roadmap in alignment with global business objectives and local regulatory requirements. This hands-on leadership role demands a professional with a Master's degree or above in a relevant field, a minimum of 3 years' HR management experience within financial institutions, and at least 5 years of work or study experience in the United States. The Head of HR will lead end-to-end recruitment, establish competitive compensation and performance frameworks, ensure full compliance with employment laws, and develop programs to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. The role is particularly suited to a resilient, start-up-minded individual with a proven track record in building HR and administrative functions from the ground up, including department structuring, policy design, and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a deep working knowledge of all HR modules, expert-level familiarity with US federal and California state labor laws, and a strong network within the US talent pool, particularly in the finance and technology sectors. The Head of HR will also be expected to have excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to problem-solve under pressure. An entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starting attitude, and the capacity to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution are essential. The role is open exclusively to female candidates, in line with the company's strategic brief, and a preference is given to those under 40, with a flexible upper limit of 45 for exceptional candidates.
