Regional Sales Director - 100% Remote
Sales Region: Chicago / Midwest
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + Incentives
Travel Required: 50%-70%
Ideal Industry: Transportation/Trucking/Fleets

We’re seeking a results-oriented  Regional Sales Director to spearhead growth across small and mid-market sectors within the IoT/M2M industry. Based in Chicago, IL, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our client base, developing strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that elevate customer experiences. Required Skills:

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience, ideally in transportation or IoT/M2M sectors
• Ideal Industry: Transportation/Trucking/Fleets
• Proven success in SaaS solution sales with a focus on solution-based selling
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong technical aptitude to articulate complex solutions effectively
• Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise-level clients
• Familiarity with hardware components in solutions
• Background in conference calls, webinars, and in-person sales demonstrations
• Knowledge of the transportation industry or related markets

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years in solution sales to mid-market organizations
• Track record of consistently exceeding quota performance
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and prospects

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to manage travel expenses effectively
• A high-energy, competitive mindset with a passion for technology and client success
