Are you a skilled welder/fabricator with a passion for creating high-quality, durable structures? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a highly experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive pay and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans to understand the specific welding requirements of each project.
2. Using various welding techniques to assemble and fabricate metal structures and components.
3. Inspecting final products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
4. Maintaining and repairing all necessary equipment and machinery.
5. Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
6. Collaborating with the project team to ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest standard.
7. Problem-solving and troubleshooting issues that arise during the fabrication process.
8. Providing expert advice and guidance on complex welding tasks.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a welding/fabrication role within the Construction industry.
2. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
3. Expert knowledge of various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
4. Demonstrated experience with fabrication processes and equipment.
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
7. A strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the Construction industry.
8. The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
9. A relevant certification or qualification in welding or a related field is preferred.
