Akkodis is seeking an AV Service Manager to lead and scale a growing Midwest service organization. This direct hire role focuses on owning the service department, optimizing workflows, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will drive performance through KPIs, develop talent, manage subcontractors, and shape preventative maintenance offerings.
