Administrative Summer Intern

The James lab is looking for a Summer Clerical Intern to assist the Arthritis & Clinical Immunology (ACI) department with administrative duties. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that helps advance important research in autoimmune disease and clinical immunology. Responsibilities: Team-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Collecting and distributing mail. Scanning, copying, and filing documents. Entering and maintaining data records. Answering and directing phone calls. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills required. Must be professional, team oriented, and personable. Reliable, self-driven, and highly attentive to detail. Team-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Completion of some college coursework. Prior administrative experience preferred. Work Hours: Flexible full or part-time hours typically, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Summer positions typically are from the beginning of June to the end of July.
