Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Residential Canvasser Potts Brothers Construction | Northern Virginia About the Role Potts Brothers Construction is a Class A licensed general contracting company serving Arlington, Fairfax, Alexandria, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities. We specialize in garage additions, home additions, and concrete work — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a motivated, people-friendly canvasser to help us connect with homeowners who need our services. What You'll Do Knock on doors in assigned residential neighborhoods 4–5 days per week, evenings (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) Introduce Potts Brothers to homeowners and ask about interest in garage additions, home additions, or concrete work Collect homeowner contact information and note the property address Log and relay leads back to the team promptly and accurately Represent the company in a professional, friendly manner What We're Looking For Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers Reliable and self-motivated — you're working independently in the field Honest and detail-oriented when recording lead information Prior canvassing, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required Must have reliable transportation to reach assigned areas Compensation $20/hour base pay
- $50 bonus per valid lead (homeowner is reachable and expressed interest)
- $100 bonus per lead that converts to a signed job
