Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate in Boston, MA. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation and strategy. Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including memos, contracts, and correspondence. Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support and addressing concerns promptly. Collaborate with other professionals to develop innovative transaction strategies. Participate in high-level legal activities, including client calls and meetings. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development to enhance legal knowledge and skills. Contribute to firm programs, civic organizations, and pro bono work. Requirements 3 years of corporate experience. Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Produce timely, accurate, and quality work product. Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Education JD degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
