Full Time Front Desk Agent - Hyatt Herald Square

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service‑oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are passionate hoteliers eager to add like‑minded people to our rapidly growing company. Job Duties & Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival, focusing on personal recognition. Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing and assembling welcome amenities. Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival. Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile; provide assistance or transfer as needed. Count bank at the beginning and end of each shift; handle all cash drops in accordance with proper cash‑handling procedures; report all cash over/shorts to management. Keep the front desk area clean and organized. Assist with lobby activation as needed. Utilize proper procedures when handling guest PPI data. Follow the check‑in/out checklist; retrieve necessary identification documents and form of payment upon arrival. Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries. Perform various duties as assigned to meet business objectives. Education & Experience Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations. In‑depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations. Minimum of a high school education. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic computer skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
