- Perform inspections to ensure compliance with specified requirements at the in-process and final stages of processing.
- Read instructions, drawings, specifications, or sample parts / gauges to determine compliance of dimensions and tolerances of finished work.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection on parts to confirm conformity to drawing and other routing instructions.
- Ensure applicable documentation is complete, i.e., revision status, router sign off, test reports, and computer data entry.
- Retrieve information: bills of material, specifications, procedures, and drawings from database.
- Perform visual acuity test.
- Adhere to standards and procedures regarding traceability.
- Perform NDT inspection to ensure compliance with specified requirements at the receiving, in-process, and final stages of the process.
- High School degree or equivalent is required
- Minimum 1-year of prior quality experience and/or training
- Advanced knowledge of precision measuring tools such as dial and vernier calipers, ID MICS, depth mics, and go/no-go gauges, etc..
- CMM experience is a bonus
