** Junior Level Sales/ Project Management/ Procurement—WILL TRAIN!!**

Our client is a growing company in Northbrook, IL who is seeking a motivated and driven professional to join their team! This position requires candidate to work in the Northbrook office on a daily full-time basis.

This role offers long-term career growth and hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the business, including Sales, Purchasing, Procurement, and Project Coordination within the commercial real estate development industry.

** What You’ll Do: **
• Work closely with and report directly to the Director of Business Development to help establish goals and execute growth strategies
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through effective sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Coordinate procurement of materials from suppliers while monitoring inventory levels and delivery schedules
• Negotiate pricing, shipping terms, margins, and related details with vendors and suppliers
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and business opportunities
