PROJECT MANAGER – SEMICONDUCTOR CONSTRUCTION

Mission Critical Advisory (MCA) is representing a leading general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex, high-value semiconductor construction projects across a national pipeline. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with opportunities for travel or relocation depending on project assignment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of semiconductor construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover Own full project lifecycle performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal execution teams to ensure alignment on project objectives Drive procurement strategy, subcontractor execution, and change management processes Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and commercial performance Qualifications Minimum 5–12 years of construction project management experience with Tier 1 general contractors Mandatory: Full lifecycle semiconductor project delivery experience (start to finish) Minimum 3+ years average tenure per employer across general contracting environments in the U.S. Strong understanding of large-scale MEP, cleanroom, and high-tech manufacturing facility builds Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred What We're Looking For Proven ability to lead multimillion/billion-dollar semiconductor projects under pressure Strong commercial acumen with disciplined cost and risk management capability Executive presence with the ability to manage owner relationships and stakeholder expectations High accountability mindset with structured, detail-driven execution approach Willingness to travel or relocate based on project deployment requirements Why Consider This Opportunity Exposure to a continuously expanding semiconductor construction pipeline Opportunity to work on mission-critical, technically advanced manufacturing facilities Travel allowances for rotational roles and full relocation packages available where applicable Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellness, fertility, and adoption support High-impact leadership role with long-term pipeline stability and progression potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Critical Advisory
