IT Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a IT Project Manager to join their team. As a IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead large and complex IT projects from initiation through delivery and closeout, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Provide clear project status reports and dashboards to leadership, supporting informed decision-making.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience leading IT projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Proven ability to demonstrate strong project management skills and drive project success.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
