GAP Claims Specialist

Reviewing and adjudicating claims for the GAP product, the full-time Ancillary Specialist will ensure the correct amounts are applied to loans or returned to customers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and verify multiple documents related to GAP claims Adjudicate claims to ensure accurate processing and customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to meet time-sensitive requirements Required qualifications High School diploma required; Bachelor or Associate degree preferred Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Strong problem‑solving skills to address challenging claims Passion for exceeding goals and contributing to team success #J-18808-Ljbffr DriveTime Automotive Group, Inc.
