Proven Track Record – 4-7 years of success in providing project management services for ERP systems implementations, specifically in PeopleSoft, Oracle or other industry-leading platforms. Agile Project Management Expertise – knowledge of project management methodologies and PPM tools, leading teams through complex challenges. Resource management and change management techniques to ensure smooth sailing from start to finish. Tech Savviness – proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project Visio, MS Project and MS Word. Thrive in Fast‑Paced Environments – navigate high‑pressure project environments, continuously adapting and delivering exceptional results. Communication Extraordinaire – exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across all stakeholders.
