Receptionist / Cashier

Circle Auto Group, representing Hyundai, Chevrolet, and Isuzu Truck, is seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized Cashier / Receptionist to join our team. This position is an important part of our customers’ experience and helps keep our service department running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and by phone. Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or employee. Process service and parts payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Review invoices with customers and coordinate any billing questions with service advisors or management. Provide receipts and assist with customer checkout and vehicle pickup. Balance daily transactions and prepare payment records according to dealership procedures. Maintain organized repair orders, invoices, and other dealership paperwork. Assist with filing, data entry, and general office duties. Keep the reception and cashier area clean and welcoming. Communicate with service advisors, parts staff, and management to support timely customer service. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments. Ability to stay organized and manage several tasks in a busy environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software. A professional, courteous attitude and willingness to help the team.
