Systems Analyst

System AnalystCredit systems at THE BANK are undergoing a change to remove bottlenecks due to manual interventions built into current state. Will be working in the limits adjustment system team.About the Role:Design and development a new system to calculate credit limitsResearch, design and development of a new application with a robust capability to handle large volume calculations with some complexity and multiple interfacesResponsible for driving the complete solution end-to-end with minimal handholdingStrong knowledge of traditional credit products is required: such as credit facilities, loans, letters of credit, credit and charge cardsCollaborate with distributed engineering teams, product managers, business unit managers and testing teams.Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and achieve results amidst constraints.About You:Hands-on experience of full stack development of high performing, scalable cloud applications using various cloud development stacks.Preferred: Proven experience in building solution using Appian and SqlServerUnderstanding and experience working with Credit Portfolio Analytics, Credit Risk, Reporting teamsProven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Experience with Security and Privacy concepts is a plus.Experience working in FinTechs & with different banking applications is a strong plusExtraordinary communication & presentation skills.Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms for all levels of organizationBachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExperience working with a distributed teamYour heart at the right place, good sense of humor, live our values, and ability to form connections with the people you work withBasic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 8 years of systems analyst experience
