Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric OR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room.
• Scrub and circulate for pediatric ophthalmology cases with precision.
• Assist anesthesia during induction and ensure safe patient transitions.
• Maintain and operate surgical equipment such as laparoscopes and endoscopes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams at UCSF and other facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license is required.
• AHA BLS & PALS certifications are mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric OR required.
• Experience with scrubbing and circulating essential ophthalmology procedures.
• Prior travel assignment experience preferred.
• Completed references must be available upon submission.
