Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Pediatric Operating Room setting.
• Circulate for pediatric surgical cases, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Scrub in when necessary and assist the surgical team with procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and communicate effectively with the surgical team.
• Facilitate efficient flow of OR cases by preparing for upcoming procedures.
• Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and confidentiality is protected.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN License required.
• AHA BLS and PALS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of Pediatric Operating Room experience required.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Teaching hospital experience required.
