About the Role:

The Hotel Executive Housekeeper at Hampton Inn & Suites Dupont, WA, plays a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies. The Executive Housekeeper collaborates closely with management and other departments to uphold brand standards and implement efficient cleaning protocols that enhance operational productivity. By fostering a positive work environment and providing training and guidance, this role ensures the team delivers exceptional service that contributes to a memorable guest experience. Ultimately, the Executive Housekeeper drives the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel, directly impacting guest reviews and repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience with inventory management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to maintain quality and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to respond to guest requests and resolve complaints efficiently.
