Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Travel Specialty Patient Care Coordinator to support our specialty practices in the Olympia, WA area. As a Travel Specialty Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting multiple specialty offices. You'll help coordinate appointments, assist with insurance verification and treatment planning, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a positive impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression.
• Schedule specialty appointments and coordinate patient care across multiple locations.
• Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and discuss financial arrangements with patients.
• Support specialty providers by managing patient communications and ensuring efficient office flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Travel to assigned specialty offices within the Olympia market based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dental practice management software and insurance verification is a plus.
• Ability to travel between assigned specialty offices.
