Workday HRIS Analyst

Supporting the global HRIS team, the full-time remote Workday HRIS Analyst will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Workday support, develop reporting solutions, and deliver training to enhance user enablement across the organization. Key responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Workday, troubleshooting issues and managing HRIS support requests Develop and maintain custom reports to support HR operations, compliance, and business decision-making Deliver training and onboarding for HR and other stakeholders on Workday functionalities and resources Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of Workday experience in an HRIS, HR technology, or support environment Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM, including troubleshooting and custom reporting Strong skills in documentation and creating user-friendly training materials Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across various HR functions
