Workday HCM Analyst

Seeking a hands-on Workday HCM Functional Analyst, this full-time remote position will configure, support, and improve Workday processes across the worker lifecycle, focusing on Core HCM and Workday Security while managing reporting and integration requirements. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain worker lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, job changes, and terminations Administer Workday security groups and troubleshoot access and integration security issues Lead user training, requirements discussions, and support controlled deployments of HCM-related integrations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least five years of HRIS or enterprise application experience, with three years of hands-on Workday configuration Strong experience in Core HCM and Workday Security, including business processes and security groups Hands-on configuration experience in at least two areas: Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Compensation, or Benefits Ability to build advanced Workday reports and execute controlled EIB loads while troubleshooting integration data issues
