Title: Tax Senior - CPA & Business Advisory FirmLocation: Saint Petersburg, FL 33707Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + BonusFounded in the early 1990s, we are an established boutique CPA, tax, and business advisory firm serving privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, family-owned companies, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals throughout the Tampa Bay region. Beyond traditional tax compliance, we work closely with business owners on tax planning, CFO advisory, business growth strategies, succession planning, exit planning, wealth preservation, and long-term financial success. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Tax Senior who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving complex tax issues, and serving as a trusted advisor to successful business owners.What You Will Be DoingPrepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, trusts, and closely held businessesIdentify tax planning opportunities and provide proactive recommendations that help clients minimize taxes and support long-term business goalsWork directly with business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals on planning, compliance, and advisory mattersResearch complex tax issues, prepare technical support documentation, and assist with IRS and state tax correspondenceMentor junior staff, review workpapers, and help ensure high-quality client service and timely project deliveryWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field w/ 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting firmExperience preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, trust, estate, nonprofit, and multi-state tax returnsStrong understanding of tax compliance, tax planning, and client advisory servicesExperience working directly with clients and managing multiple engagements simultaneouslyProficiency with CCH, UltraTax, Thomson Reuters products, QuickBooks, or similar tax and accounting softwareCPA license preferred, or active pursuit of CPA certificationWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!IF interested can you provide an updated resume & salary requirements to View email address on click.appcast.io
