We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer / Lead to join our client focused on the development and manufacturing of next-generation interventional MedTech.

\n

\n

This is a hands-on engineering leadership role with direct reports from day one, offering a fast-track path toward engineering management while remaining technically engaged.

\n

\n

The position offers:

• Direct reports and team leadership

\n

• A fast-track path to engineering management

\n

• Hands-on responsibility across R&D, prototyping, process development, and manufacturing

\n

• Leadership and mentoring of technicians supporting R&D and prototype projects

\n

• Process feasibility and development activities

\n

• Transitioning development projects into production

\n

• Troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues

\n

• Technical training and guidance for engineers, technicians, and operators

\n

• Cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives

\n

• Technical support for project scoping and customer-facing activities

\n

• Development of technical documentation and quality-related materials
