If you're ready to stay active, work with purpose, and hit daily goals alongside a dedicated team—this is the role for you!Wage: $17.00/hrShift: 1stHours: 07:00 am - 05:30 pm Monday - ThursdayAssembly Responsibilities:- Accurately scan incoming parts and place them in designated inventory locations- Retrieve and stock materials to maintain proper organization and accessibility- Assemble light fixtures according to detailed instruction manuals and specifications- Package products by boxing or bagging components based on part numbers and order requirements- Read and interpret work orders to ensure correct production and assembly processes- Meet or exceed daily production goals in collaboration with team members- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times- Use tools such as box cutters and small hand tools safely when requiredRequirements for Assembly:- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment for extended periods- Strong reading comprehension and basic writing skills- High attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions- Experience using small hand tools (preferred but not required)- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift on a concrete surface- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly- Frequent use of both hands for grasping, reaching, and handling materials- Capability to perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching- Endurance to perform repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements throughout the shiftQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
