Technical Business Analyst
Contract position in Newark, NJ with a major financial firm. Hybrid, 3 days/week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Work with 7 business affiliates and 4 functional areas to understand requirements and consolidate business requirements, datafeed use, ingestion processes, where data is used, fields requirements, historical data requirement, data quality rules, etc.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Prior experience working with Market Data feeds (e.g. Bloomberg, S&P, FactSet, Moody's, Blackrock, LSEG Refinitiv, etc.) and asset management industry or financial services experience.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Purview or other data governance tool is a plus. Payrate 65 - 75 /hr depending on experience.
