Roadside Technician Commercial Tires (Paid Training) - East Walpole, MA

Roadside Technician – Semi‑Truck Fleet Starting Pay: $28 per hour (will train) – $33 per hour (experienced) Location: 295 Union Street Building A, East Walpole, MA Typical Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Friday. The position includes a mandatory on‑call rotation for after‑hours service calls, which are compensated with a premium pay rate and guaranteed minimums. Position Summary: An emergency response tire technician responsible for responding to roadside tire failures for semi‑truck fleets. In addition to onsite service, the technician assists with mounting orders, shop maintenance, and general duties during downtime. Key Responsibilities Respond to emergency tire service calls and travel to customer locations. Repair or replace tires on semi‑truck fleets. Perform match mounting, dual assemblies, radial runout, and inflate tires to prescribed PSI. Comply with OSHA regulations, use proper PPE, tire cages, and follow all safety policies. Assist with shop tasks such as mounting orders and cleaning when no service calls are pending. Requirements Valid driver’s license and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements. Minimum age of 18 years. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED.
