About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and execution-oriented SVP, Commercial and Growth to take ownership of the full commercial engine. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the entire revenue lifecycle, from new business acquisition across various market segments to existing customer retention and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and owning the enterprise-wide commercial strategy, overseeing sales teams, and steering pricing and deal structures to maximize long-term revenue. A key focus will be on transitioning the company to a more outbound, enterprise sales motion and driving operational discipline to scale integrations and activations. The SVP will also be instrumental in positioning the company for its next phase of growth, particularly in expanding into new markets. Applicants for the SVP, Commercial and Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' commercial leadership experience in B2B digital health, telehealth infrastructure, or a closely related industry, with a strong preference for those with industry-specific experience. The role requires a proven track record in scaling commercial organizations, particularly in high-growth phases, and expertise in markets such as telehealth and self-funded employer markets. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with technical and clinical functions, a sharp understanding of commercial situations, and a commitment to high performance standards. Professionalism, the ability to work with pace and authenticity, and a collaborative approach to achieving results are essential.
