Customer Service Specialist

Job Description Summary The Customer Service Representative will provide support to the Sales Team by responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner, assisting with sales processes, and handling any shipping issues or delays. Job Description Sales Team Support Carry out administrative duties and ensure seamless sales activities for the Sales Team. Act as the liaison between the customer and the Sales team, communicating customer feedback. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction. Sales Order and Return Process Adjust orders when requested by Sales staff or customers. Monitor and process sales mobile orders in real time and input manual orders received via e‑mail, fax, or phone. Handle Canadian orders and grand opening order process. Check back orders and status of orders. Review sales return orders and billing process. Assist online inquiries on ivykiss.com. Customer Claim Service Report shortages and damages, process credit or replacement orders. Handle carrier claims and shipment tracking. Resolve shipping issues caused by UPS, truck deliveries, and carrier claims. Reporting Monthly pending sales orders and sales returns. Languages Korean Certifications Not applicable Compensation Hourly rate: $21.50 – $39.75 USD. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, education, experience, and location and may change at any time.
