Customer Service Specialist

Temp Now hiring 2 Customer Service Representatives - Great Opportunity for Advancement! A Customer Service Representative is needed to assist utility customers with requests ranging from general account and balance information, taking check by phone and/or credit card payments, completing move-in/move-out applications and other forms, resolving billing issues and other daily tasks as needed. Candidates must have strong customer service representative experience, ability to stay in one job for a stable period of time, and inbound calling experience. Updated Resume is Required Location: Woodbury, MN Compensation: $15.50-$16.50 DOE. 2 Full Time Hour Positions: 7:30 AM - 4 PM (Monday - Friday) 11 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Temp-to-Hire What you will do in this job: o Professionally and courteously answer telephone calls that come into our toll-free number from municipal, county and private utilities nationwide – responding to approx. 60 calls per day. o Provide excellent customer service – to a wide demographic, throughout the United States. o Use provided tools to clearly answer questions and accurately process requests. o Properly note all customers’ accounts. o Take credit card and check payments over the phone. o Process incoming mail and prepare payments for posting. Preferred skills for this job: o Prior experience in an inbound Call Center environment. o The ability to accurately update customer information in a timely manner. o The ability to multitask.
