Location: Chicago, IL Department: Human Resources Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Internship (20–30 hours per week) About the Opportunity Tapestry 360 Health is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in human resources operations, organizational development, policy administration, and workforce management within a mission‑driven healthcare organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field who is interested in gaining practical HR experience while contributing to meaningful organizational projects. What You'll Do Assisting with the redesign and organization of the HR SharePoint site to improve employee access to resources and information. Reviewing, updating, and formatting HR policies and procedures. Supporting job description reviews, updates, and standardization efforts. Assisting with HR communications and employee resource materials. Conducting research on HR best practices and employment trends. Supporting organizational projects related to the implementation and transition of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including data review, process documentation, and change management activities. Assisting with data entry, document management, and general HR administrative tasks as needed. What You'll Gain Exposure to a wide range of human resources functions. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Self‑motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
