Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Associate at State Farm Agent Joe Plante located in Southington, CT. The Office Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with policy service, insurance sales, assisting with accounting duties, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, developing sales, scheduling appointments, managing files and records, and assisting with customer quote inquiries, and policy updates.. The role also involves handling communications and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient office functionality.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain insurance licenses
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Basic Accounting skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus
- Previous experience in an office environment is a plus
