Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Accounting and Budget, is responsible for performing technical duties in the daily operations of the Accounting Office. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.


Special Duties/Responsibilities: Perform technical duties in the accounting department, mostly processing accounts payable transactions.

Salary Range: $34.76 - $39.20 Level E, Office Personnel per the 2025-2026 Public School Employees Salary Schedule


Work Schedule:

• Start Date: July 1, 2026
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Paid Hours: 5.00 hours per day
• Lunch Break: 30-minutes unpaid break
• Calendar: 12 months/year

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) year or equivalent Accounting degree is desirable.
• Experience in a similar position, preferably within a school district is preferred.
• Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
