Collections Specialist
Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing.
Our client in the Coppell, TX area is seeking a collections specialist to join their team. Responsibilities include:
- Make 60-70 outbound calls to customers about unpaid invoices and check payment status.
- Record customer responses and update account information.
- Escalate billing disputes or issues to the internal team.
- Help clear a backlog of outstanding customer accounts.
- Communicate professionally while discussing past-due balances and payment updates.
