Benefits Coordinator

Benefits Coordinator Scottsdale, AZ | $30-$35/hr Vaco Arizona is partnering with a well-established Arizona organization to hire a Benefits Coordinator to join its Human Resources team. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leaders by supporting benefits administration, resolving questions, coordinating enrollments, and maintaining accurate benefits data. Responsibilities Act as a go-to resource for employee benefits questions and support Manage benefit enrollments, life event changes, and ongoing plan administration Coordinate with payroll to ensure deductions and contributions are processed accurately Maintain employee benefits records and prepare reports as needed Partner with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve issues and support plan administration Assist with onboarding activities and annual open enrollment Create employee communications and educational materials related to benefit offerings Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction Requirements 2+ years of benefits administration, HR, or related experience Understanding of employee benefit programs and compliance requirements Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: individual’s skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; and other business and organizational needs.
