Our agency opened in 2025 and has already built a strong, motivated team of four professionals focused on growth and success. Before opening the agency, I worked alongside another State Farm agent, which inspired me to create something of my own - a place where hard work, opportunity, and teamwork come together. As a local college graduate, I’m proud to serve this community and provide customers with the protection and guidance they deserve. Our team operates with a “work hard, have fun” mentality - we’re laid-back but driven, and everyone here shares a commitment to showing up, staying focused, and achieving big goals. We even have a friendly office dog who brings a little extra joy and personality to the workday! As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Majerowicz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
