Heartland Trailways is hiring professional, customer-focused, and safety-minded CDL

Motorcoach Drivers to join our Kansas City team.

Our drivers transport customers for corporate events, schools and universities, sports

teams, churches, tour groups, special events, and private charters throughout the

Kansas City area and across the country.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate motorcoaches for charter and group transportation
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures

• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Assist passengers with boarding and luggage when necessary
• Maintain communication with dispatch and operations
• Complete required driver logs and trip documentation
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain professional standards while representing Heartland Trailways
• Operate local, regional, and overnight trips as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Passenger (P) Endorsement required
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Safe driving record
• Must meet DOT and company driver qualification requirements
• Must successfully complete required drug and alcohol testing
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong customer-service skills and professional attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, andovernight trips when required
• Previous motorcoach, charter bus, transit, shuttle, or professional passenger transportation experience is preferred
