What You’ll Do As our Full Charge Bookkeeper, you’ll be the go-to person for all things financial. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handling payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Preparing and maintaining financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all financial records are up to date.
- Collaborating with external accountants for tax preparation and audits.
- Overseeing general ledger activities and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems, allowing our team to focus on what we do best—delivering high-quality products to our customers.
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical skills but also a proactive and professional attitude. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience , preferably in a full charge capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
