Apply a bias for action, promptly addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems; identify and analyze problems, develop and implement effective solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances. Team Leadership & Development: Embrace a servant leadership style, focusing on building high‑performing teams and investing in their growth. Motivate your team to achieve shared goals. Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and insights to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and quality. Track and report employee time and attendance, turning raw data into actionable intelligence for continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance: Maintain relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Implement rigorous standards and pursue excellence to eliminate defects. Conflict Resolution & Interpersonal Relationships: Mediate conflicts fairly and effectively, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions; build and maintain strong, positive relationships with your team, suppliers, and union representatives through transparent communication. Accountability & Fairness: Champion accountability for yourself and the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards; act fairly and decisively. Collaboration: Actively listen and value perspectives of all team members and stakeholders; partner with union and management to continuously improve. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience. Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends. Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP) is a plus. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, with base salary set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.
