Hospital Front Desk Associate

In this role, the Hospital Front Desk Associate will assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, and manage simple records and enter information accurately. Support returns and exchanges in a timely manner. Respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person. Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies. Help organize and maintain a tidy workspace. Handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks. Coordinate with other departments when needed. Learn company products and services to better assist others. Follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time. Provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. Qualifications Willingness to learn on the job. Clear communication skills.
