• Support origination activities, pitches, decks and being build long term industry relationships
• Work hand in hand with the Senior Healthcare MDs and VPS
• Advise on Buy/Sell side M&A activities (mostly sell side roles)
• Engage in the due diligence process of deals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Bankers
• Analyze market data and understand current market trends based on real time date
• Enthusiastic about the Healthcare Industry, having the reps in closing deals in any sub sector will help you stand out as a candidate, especially if they were M&A transactions
• Healthcare M&A experience is a must with a track record of working on a number of sell side deals Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials preferred

3–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Proven ability to lead deal processes and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with clients and senior professionals Team-oriented with leadership capabilities and a strong work ethic
