Content Writer

Our client is seeking an experienced Content Writer to develop clear, engaging, and member-focused content for Claims Digital communication templates and core website experiences. This role will create and refine content across a variety of digital channels, ensuring messaging is consistent, effective, and aligned with the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and write clear, engaging, and compelling copy for a variety of Claims Digital experiences, including member-facing website content and communication templates.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand products, services, content requirements, target audiences, and messaging objectives.
• Create, edit, and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and alignment with established brand voice and style guidelines.
• Translate complex information into simple, accessible, and member-friendly messaging that supports a positive digital experience.
• Collaborate with business partners, designers, and other stakeholders to facilitate alignment on content updates and digital experience enhancements.
• Prepare articles, marketing materials, promotional content, and other communications as needed.
• Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, prioritizing deliverables and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Use feedback, critical thinking, and curiosity to identify opportunities to improve content clarity, effectiveness, and the overall member experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional writing, copywriting, content development, or related experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience developing customer-facing or member-facing content for digital platforms, websites, or communications.
• Ability to adapt language, tone, and messaging to different audiences, products, and communication channels.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
