Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations with a strong focus on R&D, PCB design, and circuit development. This critical leadership role will be responsible for managing engineering teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the successful transition of products from concept to full-scale production. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, PCB designers, and circuit specialists Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the engineering team Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and create professional development plans for team members Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent to support company growth objectives Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams R&D and Product Development Oversee research and development initiatives for new product designs and manufacturing processes Lead the design and development of PCB layouts, ensuring optimal performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related engineering field with 6-10 years of engineering (including supervision) experience or equivalent. Strong project management skills, preferably with some knowledge of laminating, coating, and fabricating technology.
