As a Recruiter at Build IT Consulting, you will play a crucial role in finding top talent to help our company achieve its goals. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to track and manage candidate information
• Conduct new hire training and orientation programs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Participate in performance management and resolution processes

Required Skills:

• Experience in talent acquisition and staffing
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Experience with onboarding and new hire processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with acquisitions and business administration
• Knowledge of payroll, auditing, and reimbursement processes
• Experience with AI technology and strategy development

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $35,000.00

Maximum Salary: $225,000.00
