Listening to clients' insurance needs and providing them with customized solutions. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: A Personal Lines insurance license is required at a minimum. Prior experience in sales or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service. The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
