Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is AI-savvy, business-oriented, curious, collaborative, and comfortable experimenting with AI tools . They should be able to sit with a business stakeholder who says, "This process takes our team four hours every week. Can AI help us make it faster?" and determine how tools such as ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, or Microsoft Copilot can be configured to address the problem.

Strong candidates may have backgrounds as a Business Analyst with AI experience, AI Business Analyst, AI Consultant, AI Product Specialist, AI Product Manager, Digital Transformation Consultant, Process Improvement Consultant, Automation Specialist, Business Process Analyst, Product Analyst, Technology Consultant, or operations professional with strong Generative AI expertise .

Candidates who are primarily software engineers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, AI infrastructure engineers, backend/API developers, deep Python developers, or focused on AI model development and architecture are generally not the target profile.

Key differentiator: The ideal candidate knows how to use AI to solve business problems , rather than how to build AI technology from the ground up.

Job Overview

Client is seeking an AI Solutions Technical Business Analyst to identify and implement practical AI solutions that improve hotel operations, colleague productivity, and business processes. The role will work closely with hotel and corporate stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and configure practical solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and other AI workflow platforms .

This is a business-focused AI role rather than a software engineering, machine learning, or data science position . The ideal candidate will be comfortable translating business requirements into practical AI solutions, testing and refining those solutions, supporting adoption, and collaborating with technical teams when integrations or development are required.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms .
• Strong understanding of applying AI to real-world business processes and operational challenges.
• Experience creating effective prompts, instructions, workflows, or AI-based solutions.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
• Experience testing, refining, and improving AI solutions based on user feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new AI platforms and technologies.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams without needing to be a deep technical developer or engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience, particularly hotel operations, Commercial Services, Events, Sales, or related functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Agents .
• Experience creating Custom GPTs or similar AI assistants .
• Experience supporting AI adoption, training, or change management.
• Experience identifying business processes suitable for AI or automation.
• Background in Business Analysis, Product, Operations, Process Improvement, Consulting, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
• Familiarity with AI workflow automation platforms.
• Understanding of basic AI concepts, limitations, and responsible AI practices.
