What You’ll Do You’ll connect talented professionals with salon leadership teams and support hiring efforts across the local market. Responsibilities may include: Sourcing licensed stylists, barbers, and salon managers using social media and search skills Building and networking with local talent pipelines Screening candidates and coordinating salon tours and interviews Supporting franchisees with recruiting strategy Promoting Great Clips salon careers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and alignment to the brand Tracking activity, staying organized with follow-up, and maintaining relationships Attending hiring events and community outreach efforts Other duties as assigned Developing relationships with cosmetology and barber school instructors and students What Makes You a Great Fit Organized and dependable with strong follow-through People-focused and welcoming Self-motivated and resourceful A clear, professional communicator Passionate about helping others grow their careers Ideal Background Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition Retail, service, hospitality, or multi-unit experience is helpful Comfortable with digital sourcing tools Strong organization and relationship-building skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
