Scrum Master

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams and help drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery. This individual will serve as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, helping teams adopt Agile best practices while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning. What You'll Do Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and best practices. Remove impediments and help teams proactively identify risks and dependencies. Foster collaboration, communication, and alignment across teams and stakeholders. Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs. Track team performance and communicate progress through metrics and reporting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality and team effectiveness. Support cross-functional teams in achieving project and organizational goals. Required Qualifications Scrum Master certification or a strong understanding of the Scrum framework. Experience supporting Agile software development teams. Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. Ability to resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and influence teams toward success. Experience tracking project progress and communicating metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting cloud, web, mobile, or legacy applications. Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field. Prior Product Owner or Project Management experience. Five days onsite in downtown Indianapolis. Core working hours typically fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on team collaboration needs.
